It might not come as a surprise to many, and now it has been confirmed. Effective Thursday, March 19th, all travellers arriving in Hong Kong from a foreign country will be placed under home quarantine.
In the last week there has been 50 new cases of COVID19 in Hong Kong, but only 7 of those were locally infected, the rest were imported cases.
The new restrictions will not apply to arrivals from mainland China, Macau or Taiwan.
