I have not been able to neither try Ethiopian yet, nor to download their APP, so not sure how user friendly or easy to use it is, but 500 bonus miles is always a bonus.

Ethiopian does not have a lot of destinations from Hong Kong, but if you are anyways planning on traveling with them now is a good time to download the app and get some extra free miles.
