They are the 3rd operator on this route (in addition to Air Asia and Hong Kong Express), and I think the 7th operator between Hong Kong and Bangkok – in addition to the route above, Hong Kong – Bangkok Suvarnabhumi is operated by Cathay, Greater Bay, Emirates and Thai Airways.

Seasonal Flights from Hong Kong to Palau: A Unique Travel Opportunity
September 28 Hong Kong Airlines launched a 3-times-a-week service (rumored to be a seasonal charter flight) between Hong Kong and Koror in Palau. So far this route has only been operated by Cambodia Airways, so this is a nice addition, although I am not sure how long the router will last for or how easy it is to book – I have tried and failed 😀

Today’s new operator into Hong Kong was West Airs flight 8643 from Zhengzhou. The route was operated by an Airbus A321, and is also scheduled for a flight next Thursday. If this is a new ruote or just two test flights is not known, but it does seem like more and more operators are coming to Hong Kong – new and old ones alike.
Philippine Airlines to start Clark – Hong Kong flights.
I did not see this coming (at least not as the first airline to (re)-start this route, but Philippine Airlines will start operating Clark – Hong Kong three times weekly from December 9th. This is the first time (to my knowledge) that they will be operating this route. Pre-covid it was operated twice daily by Cebu Pacific and once daily by Dragonair, so I am sure the demand it there.

British Airways has announced that they will resume daily flights between London Heathrow and Hong Kong effective December 5, 2022. They will for now operate a daily flight with a Boeing 787 Dreamliner.
British Airways used to operate two daily flights before the pandemic, one Boeing 777 and one Airbus A380, so we are quite far from the capacity they used back then, but this is still a sign of traffic starting to come back to Hong Kong now that arrival quarantine has been canceled.
