Although Air Asia has been a long term costumer at Hong Kong International Airport, I think it is noteworth that their Indonesia Subsidary is starting operations to Hong Kong. From before we have Air Asia Malaysia, Thailand and Philippines operating, so this is kind of a new operator I guess.
Air Asia Indonesia has launched two rutes so far, one between Jakarta and Hong Kong, and the other between Bali and Hong Kong. They appear to be daily routes, and the timings are as follows:
- Jakarta to Hong Kong – departs at 06:50 Am and arrives at 12:40 PM
- Hong Kong to Jakarta – departs at 01:20 PM and arrives at 05:20 PM (13:20 to 17:30)
- Bali to Hong Kong – departs at 12:45 AM and arrives at 05:35 AM
- Hong Kong to Bali – departs at 06:55 AM and arrives at 11:50 AM
