Effective midnight last night (Friday April 03 2020) and for 72 hours Thailand has announced that they are suspending all incoming passenger flights.
Anyone who arrives on a flight that took off before the ban came into force will be allowed to arrive, but will be quarantined for 14 days after arriving in Thailand.
They are also reporting that Phuket Airport will close for 3 weeks, from April 10 to April 30, but his is not yet confirmed.

Listening to the ongoing press conference by Mrs Carrie Lam, it is now confirmed that Hong Kong will ban all tourist, including transit passengers, for 2 weeks. In addition, all residents returning to Hong Kong will have to home quarantine for 2 weeks, including travelers coming from Macau and Taiwan.

It might not come as a surprise to many, and now it has been confirmed. Effective Thursday, March 19th, all travellers arriving in Hong Kong from a foreign country will be placed under home quarantine.
In the last week there has been 50 new cases of COVID19 in Hong Kong, but only 7 of those were locally infected, the rest were imported cases.
The new restrictions will not apply to arrivals from mainland China, Macau or Taiwan.
