The visit to this lounge was part of a 5 night trip I made to Bangkok to visit my parents there. I had booked an award ticket in Business Class with Cathay Pacific for 12.000 miles if I remember correctly, which allowed me lounge access. As my flight was leaving from Gate 40, I choose to use The Pier Business Class lounge, as it is not too far from the gate.
