Cathay Pacific’s 2026 Online Travel Fair from Taiwan — Hong Kong on the destination list

Cathay Pacific opened its 2026 Online Travel Fair on 16 October, and I will be honest about the geography straight away: this is a Taiwan-origin sale, not a Hong Kong-origin one. Bookings are from Taipei or Kaohsiung only. That still matters if you are flying out of Taiwan toward Hong Kong (or beyond on Cathay), or if someone in Taiwan is coming this way — Hong Kong is listed as a destination on the Asia table.

Booking period: 16 October 2026 to 13 November 2026
Travel period: 16 October 2026 to 30 September 2027 (except 3–7 February 2027)
Hong Kong (from Taipei / Kaohsiung): Economy from 8折 / 20% off (Q/N/S/V), Business from 9折 / 10% off (I)
Network: 70+ destinations across Asia, Europe, North America, Australia/New Zealand, the Middle East and Africa — Business, Premium Economy and Economy, with the actual discount depending on route and booking class.

Members who log in on the Cathay site can stack promo codes on top of the fare discounts, subject to quotas:

• CXITF500 — TWD500 off per ticket on selected short-haul Asia Economy return tickets (Hong Kong is in that short-haul list), first 2.400 tickets
• CXITF1000 — TWD1.000 off per booking on selected long-haul returns when the booking is TWD20.000 or more, first 900 bookings

Cathay will also be at the physical ITF Taipei International Travel Fair, 6–9 November 2026, Nangang Exhibition Centre Hall 1, booth I403 — 80th-anniversary merch and some on-site activities if you happen to be in Taipei that week. Full terms live on Cathay’s offer page, and the Chinese press note is under the “讓期待即刻成行” headline on news.cathaypacific.com.

I have not pulled live sample HKD fares from inventory — those move, and inventing a “from HKD…” number would just be guessing. If you are booking TPE/KHH–HKG (or connecting onward on Cathay), the offer page is the place to check the actual price for your dates.

Overall, useful if you are booking Cathay out of Taiwan in the next few weeks, especially for Hong Kong as a destination. Just remember where the sale starts from.
