Japan has recently introduces strict travel restrictions for people traveling from Hong Kong to Japan, and as a result of this it seems like Cathay are canceling all flights between Hong Kong and Japan.
The cancellations happens in two batches, first all flights between Hong Kong and Fukuoka, Nagoya, Sapporo and Tokyo-Haneda will be suspended from March 9th.
Then from March 13th all fights between Hong Kong and Tokyo-Narita and Osaka-Kansai will be suspended, as well as their flights between Taipe and Narita as well as Taipe-Kansai.
The flights will for now be suspended until the 28th of March, but I think chances are good that they will be suspended for longer than this, but time will show.
