After having had a good nights sleep the first day, Marcus woke up very excited to be in Norway, and expecting it to be cold put on all his warm clothes to be on the safe side 😀
However, as it was summer time, we had great weather for most of the holiday, and the kids could just wear shorts and t-shirt while going to the park to play 🙂
While we were there Alexhandra learned how to use a hula hoop.
Bestemor made sure the kids were well fed with everything they wanted to eat, including noodles with egg, and popsicle.
Then one day we had to do our mandatory mountain hike from where we could see my parents house and shout to bestemor 😀
And the next day we spend on a cruise with Fjordline from Sandefjord to Stromstad in Sweden
The next day it was time to go to Bugårdsparken and play in the playground there, and also to feed the ducks, geese and swans that lives there
As the weather was so nice, we actually got to spend one day on the beach as well, and the kids enjoyed the cool water, and building sandcastles on the beach in Skjellvika.
Also, just next to bestemor and bestefars house there is a small ‘mountain’, and the kids enjoyed climbing it several times every day
At Metro they have a great play area for children, and also miniature golf and bowling. We did go bowling one day, something the kids had never tried before.
Overall the kids had an awesome holiday in Norway, and I think this last video sums up their experience completely:
